I wish I could give these two 10 stars. If you are looking to sell or buy on the North Shore this is the team for you. My family has worked with them for years and I couldn't pick a better team. They live and work here and know everything about market trends, what it takes to get a house ready to sell and are on the ball when it comes to finding the perfect house for you. They are experts on preparing a house for sale and bringing in the right buyers. They show their own properties every single time and show buyers everything they need to know about a property from cosmetics down to the plumbing. We were recently in the market for our perfect new home in Evanston/Wilmette area and they were relentless in showing us multiple properties until we found our perfect house. On the sale end they will work tirelessly for their clients. They are dedicated and knowledgeable beyond anyone else. I just can't say enough wonderful things about Mary and Heidi - if you want to buy or sell they are your team!! The dedication and market knowledge is above all else. Plus they are super fun people to work with- professional to the utmost - and personally engaging. Please consider them for your next sale or purchase!

We've worked with Heidi in buying and selling a house and both times we had about a 6-week time frame in which to work. She handled us like a total pro. In each case we developed a specific game plan and vision. In first selling our house to make a cross-country move, she totally set us up for success: priced it perfectly (multiple offers first few days), well-marketed, stunning brochure and assisted with fantastic staging. Recently, when moving back to the area we needed something very quickly. Despite a limited inventory for our budget she went above and beyond and found something that exceeded our expectations (not easy to do when we weren't even available to preview homes in person). She always made us feel like we were a top priority. Best possible experience on both buying and selling! We are so grateful for the level of care and service she provided. She really managed to take the stress out of the process for us.

The Heidi Ziomek Group is the most professional group of realtors that I have ever worked with. Heidi and her partners are seasoned professionals who put the needs and wants of their clients first. It was a pleasure working with all of them and would highly recommend the group to any potential buyer and/or seller. I have worked with many Realtors over the years and it is not easy to find agents that really listen to their clients and are able to deliver for them. Their experience at each phase of the sales effort was superior! E.g. innovative efforts in developing prospects, useful insights on pre-listing staging, effective showings and proactive facilitation during the sale negotiations/due diligence. All of these were accomplished with a the highest degree of excellence and grace.

I am blown away by the high level of service we were offered. Martin Walsh helped us buy our dream house and he did so with incredible professionalism and dedication. We felt as we were his number one client as he was there to guide us through every single step of the process. Communication was constant, almost on a daily basis, and he made sure every single detail was taken into account from inspections, loan, insurance, etc. (he even helped with the moving part). Even after the closing, he still maintained communication and made sure we had everything we need. As a salesperson he was not pushy, very frank and had so many ideas on how to find the right home for us. Throughout the entire process we felt he had our best interest at heart. He made us think everything thoroughly before making any decisions. He was not focused on making a sale, but rather on helping us find the right home for us. Until I worked with Martin, I did not realize how much work a real estate agent/ broker does and how important it is to have the right person guide you through this process. He excels at what he does and we recommend him very, very highly. All in all, an amazing experience, as it should be, since it's a life changing moment in one's life.
